Pillio Medication Reminder Support

Help with custom schedules, local reminders, dose history, widgets, and purchases.

Does Pillio provide medical advice?

No. Pillio is only a reminder and checkoff log. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or calculate medication dosages.

Where is my data stored?

Your medication list, dosage notes, custom times and weekdays, dose-status records, and history stay on your device. Pillio does not require an account and does not sync data to a server.

Why are reminders not appearing?

Open iOS Settings > Notifications > Pillio and confirm notifications are allowed. Then open Pillio and turn Reminders on again. Focus, Notification Summary, device state, and iOS scheduling can also affect delivery.

How do I choose reminder times and weekdays?

When adding or editing an item, add one or more reminder times and choose the weekdays when each time applies. Times follow your device's current time zone.

How do dose statuses and history work?

For each scheduled dose, you can mark it taken or missed, or snooze it when you need more time. The This week section summarizes the most recent seven days.

What does the widget purchase unlock?

Pillio is free to use in the app. The optional non-consumable purchase unlocks Home Screen widgets for checking dose boards outside the app.

How do I add a Pillio widget?

Touch and hold the iPhone or iPad Home Screen, choose Add Widget, search for Pillio, select a size, and place it. Widget checkoffs require the optional widget unlock.

Which devices are supported?

Pillio supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.

How do I restore my widget purchase?

Open Pillio Settings and tap Restore widget purchase. If the Widget preview is visible on the main screen, its Restore purchase button also works.
